Tight Lines is a short conventional narrative comedy film exploring solitude, companionship, maturity and recreational Angling. The film was written and researched over the course of six months. Research involved reading, watching, conversations with Anglers and location scouting. Filming took place over two days in late July at Church Ponds in Colltishall (many thanks to Tim’s Tackle). The time elapsed within the film itself is one day.
